CIVIL ENGINEER/ QC ENGINEER

Responsibilities:
- We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Civil Engineer / QC Engineer to join our premix plant team. You will be responsible for ensuring that our premix products meet the established quality standards. Your job duties will include:
- 1. Developing and implementing quality control procedures to ensure that premix products meet established standards
- 2. Conducting regular inspections and tests of premix products to ensure that they meet quality standards
- 3. Analyzing data and preparing reports on the results of quality control tests and inspections
- 4. Monitoring production processes to ensure that they are consistent with established quality control procedures
- 5. Troubleshooting and problem-solving to identify and resolve any issues that arise during the production process
- 6. Training and supervising staff on quality control procedures and ensuring that they follow established standards
- 7. Communicating with customers regarding quality control issues and working to resolve any problems that arise
- 8. Monitoring compliance with regulatory requirements and ensuring that the premix plant is meeting all necessary standards
Requirements:
- 1. Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or other related engineering
- 2. Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in quality control within a manufacturing or production environment
- 3. Fresh graduate are encourage to apply.
- 4. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- 5. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- 6. Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- 7. Knowledge of regulatory requirements and quality control procedures
